Amanda Pearl

Owner and founder, Amanda has built the business up since 1984 to be innovative and forward thinking together with an efficient and professional attitude from the staff.  Landlords and tenants are dealt with fairly and the aim is to please at any cost.

Clive Pearl

Joined Amanda in 1993, from Parris and Quirk Chartered surveyors and Estate Agents.  Clive sees potential Landlords at their property to discuss the benefits of letting their property. Clive advises on rental figures, Buy-to-Let, maintenance and the general running of the management system. The Letting Company also offers Homelet Insurance products for both for landlords and tenants.

Simon Reid

Simon has been with us since 1996 and is the Office Manager providing a friendly and efficient liaison between the landlords and tenants.  He is able to deal with all manner of queries relating to the whole spectrum of letting and management for landlords and tenants having had over 14 years experience in the property letting field.
